The validity of your card complete credit card ends on 31.12.2025 at the latest.

What does this mean for you in concrete terms?

  • You can use your credit card from card complete without restriction and as usual until you switch to a new Raiffeisen credit card, but no later than 31.12.2025.
  • Your card complete credit card will be terminated by card complete with effect from 31.12.2025 at the latest.
  • Your card complete credit card can no longer be used from 01.01.2026. 

We therefore recommend that you switch to the Raiffeisen credit card now.

General

You can use your credit card from card complete as usual until the changeover to the new Raiffeisen credit card, but no later than 31.12.2025.

What does this mean for you in concrete terms?

  • Your credit card can no longer be integrated into My ELBA from 2026.
  • Your Raiffeisen advisor will not be able to provide you with any information or advice (e.g. frame height) on your card complete credit card.
  • The processing of claims (e.g. e-commerce, insurance) can no longer be supported by your Raiffeisen bank.

If you order a new Raiffeisen credit card, you can automatically cancel your card complete credit card if you wish. You can still use your card complete credit card 1 month after cancelling or reordering the Raiffeisen credit card. The annual fee of the card complete credit card will be refunded to you on a pro rata basis. There is therefore no double billing.

To view your invoices and transactions, you can still log in to complete Control for 6 months after cancelling your card complete credit card. However, all other functions, such as payment approvals, are no longer available when the card is cancelled.

The generally applicable regulations for chargebacks for incorrect transactions apply. For complaints, we ask you to use and submit the form for sales objections stored on the card complete website.

If you cancel your existing card complete credit card, the total amount will be invoiced in the course of the final settlement. In this case, payment in installments / partial payment of the invoice is no longer possible.

If a main card complete card is cancelled, all additional cards are automatically cancelled as well. Therefore, additional cards must also be re-applied for. The issuance criteria of Raiffeisenbank International AG as the card-issuing institution apply to additional cards.

Product

No. The conditions listed in the product overview for the Classic, Gold and Platinum cards are below the current standard conditions of the card complete. You will also receive the Classic Credit Card for €14.27 and the Gold Credit Card for €35.16 for the first year. For detailed information regarding conditions, please contact your Raiffeisen customer advisor.

Yes. You will receive a completely new credit card with a new credit card number. Your new credit card must therefore be re-entered everywhere as the preferred means of payment or for automatic debits.

The frame structure is different. Adaptation is possible within the existing parameters. There is no automated transfer of the credit card line.

Raiffeisenbank International AG is expected to offer its cardholders access to over 1,700 VIP lounges worldwide operated by the operator PriorityPass from February 2025. Each visit is offered at a discounted price of Euro 30.00. For access, only the short announcement of the registration request via My Portal on r-card-service.at is required.

We recommend that you take out a Raiffeisen Gold Credit Card. For a small surcharge on your card complete card, you benefit from more comprehensive insurance cover and other advantages of the Gold Card, such as discounted access to over 1,700 VIP lounges worldwide.

Ordering process

After the application process has been completed and provided that all required documents have been submitted in full, it will take about 5-7 working days until you receive your new Raiffeisen credit card.

No, you don't have to worry about not having a credit card at all. As soon as you have ordered a new Raiffeisen credit card, card complete will only start the cancellation process. Your card complete credit card is valid for 1 month from the date of cancellation. You will receive your new Raiffeisen credit card 5-7 working days after ordering the card.

You can order your new Raiffeisen credit card directly in My ELBA or contact your account-holding Raiffeisen bank. If you have any questions about the ordering process, we recommend that you contact your Raiffeisen advisor directly.

Insurance cover

The insurance benefits of the two products are different. You can find an overview and detailed information on the insurance benefits in our travel protection folder for the Gold credit card and in the product folder for the Platinum credit card. The insurance benefits of your existing card complete credit card can be claimed as long as the contract with card complete is valid. Your card complete credit card is valid for 1 month after cancellation. If you would like to report a claim, please contact the insurance partner of card complete (HOTLINE Wr. Städtische).

From the first use of the new Raiffeisen credit card, the insurance benefits of the Raiffeisen credit card also apply. This also applies to holidays that have already been booked, as long as the new Raiffeisen credit card is in use at the time of the start of the holiday. In use means that you must use your credit card at least once every two months in order to always have valid insurance coverage. The decisive factor is the transaction date according to the credit card statement. The booking of the holiday does NOT have to be made with the new Raiffeisen credit card. The insurance cover ends when you cancel your card complete credit card. If you have not yet accepted the offer and your credit card contract with card complete is still valid, please contact the insurance partner of card complete (HOTLINE Wr. Städtische). If you have already received your new Raiffeisen credit card from Raiffeisen, you can submit the claim to them.
