Directly at the ATM: PIN change and balance query

With the entry into force of the new general terms and conditions for all existing customers, on 01.09.2017, the offsetting of the PIN change and the balance query at the ATM came into force.

Exclusive Raiffeisen advantage for PIN changes:

  • The first PIN change at the ATM is free of charge for Raiffeisen customers.
  • Starting with the second PIN change, Raiffeisen CardService will only charge half the fee (EUR 5.00).

For customers without a Raiffeisen bank account, a processing fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Balance queries at ATM amount to EUR 0.70 for both Raiffeisen customers and customers without Raiffeisen bank details.

Note: For Platinum customers, a PIN change at the ATM is always free of charge
