Once you have received the LAKS PAY wearable, open the LAKS PAY app and link the wearable to your Raiffeisen credit card with your mobile phone. The NFC antenna of your mobile phone is used for this process.

After you have linked the wearable to your Raiffeisen credit card in the LAKS PAY app, the following message will appear in the app at the top of the screen: Please activate your wearable. As soon as you click on the notice, you will be sent an SMS with the activation code. Please enter this code within 30 minutes, otherwise you will have to start the process again. The activation code is only valid for 30 minutes.

Paying with a wearable works like contactless payment at terminals (worldwide) that accept the connected payment card. Payments are immediately debited from your paired account.
