Your card with the personal touch

Simply design your credit card with your desired image yourself and make it a unique piece. This is only possible for Raiffeisen customers and is done by your bank advisor in the branch.

Easy contactless payment

Hold your Raiffeisen credit card to the contactless symbol on the card reader. A green light on the payment terminal in combination with a short beep confirms your payment.

For this purpose, we use the international payment standards of Visa or Mastercard. Above all, this makes your daily shopping easier. Faster than with card plus signature or PIN. Much more convenient than with cash.

How to order your credit card

Classic Credit Card

  • For Raiffeisen customers in the 1st year for EUR 14.27

  • SMS security package (can be ordered separately)

As a Raiffeisen customer, we ask you to contact your Raiffeisen customer advisor directly. He/she will handle the credit card creation for you.

You can also order a credit card online directly in Mein ELBA.

Order via Mein ELBA

For the card order as a customer in another bank we need the following documents:

  • The signed credit card application
  • The last 3 pay slips or pension payment confirmations
  • A copy of an officially valid photo ID
  • A copy of the front and back of the ATM card

Delivery of the credit card takes approximately 6 business days.

We ask that you contact us by telephone so that we can verify your address and, if necessary, arrange for a repeat order for you.

If you have chosen a system PIN, you will receive it approximately 2 business days before your credit card.

If you choose a personalized PIN, you will not receive a PIN envelope. Along with your credit card, you will receive an information letter for registering your personalized PIN via the Raiffeisen CardService website.

Activate your desired PIN

Partner cards can only be issued for minor children, partners or spouses living in the same household.

Raiffeisen CardService credit cards offer a high level of security. To ensure your credit card is not misused, activation is required.

Activate your credit card by making your first purchase WITH PIN code entry.

A notice:

  • Your credit card must be inserted into the cash register terminal during activation.
  • Payment on the Internet is only possible after the card has been activated.

  • Desired PIN:
    Upon receipt of your credit card, you can select your desired PIN once via our website under the "PIN Selection" menu item. Detailed instructions on how to activate your desired PIN can be found on our website at: www.r-card-service.at/pin.
  • System-generated PIN:
    You will receive your PIN in a separate envelope by mail.

Note: If your credit card is stolen or lost, your PIN will also change. If you renew your card, your PIN will remain the same.
