RaiPay Activate credit card and get started
The company credit card can be used immediately, regardless of the postal delivery of the physical card. Simply activate the digital credit card in the RaiPay app and pay with it immediately.
How to activate your new company credit card
As soon as your company credit card has been created in the system, you will receive an SMS with your Card ID (starting with BREX).
Now install the RaiPay app on your smartphone and click on "No My ELBA user".
You will now receive an activation code via SMS and will be asked to activate your card at the call center.
Leave your card at the call center at the phone number +43 1 908 908 0 8080 by providing your Card ID and activation code.
Your digital credit card, once activated, can be used immediately for contactless payments at the POS terminal, contactless cash withdrawals (if supported by the ATM) and P2P payments.
To view your card details for payment on the Internet or for depositing in wallets, use the "Show card details" function in RaiPay. There you will receive the necessary information such as card number, card expiration date and security code (3-digit check digit).
Have you received your credit card by post and now want to activate it for payments?
You have two options for this.
Activation at the terminal or ATMs:
To do this, insert your credit card into the POS terminal or ATM and enter your PIN.
Activation in RaiPay:
Open RaiPay and tap on "Activate card" under "Card details". Enter your Card ID (starting with BREX) and RaiPay PIN.
This means that your credit card is ready for payments on site and on the Internet.
