Bankruptcy of a travel provider

If the worst comes to the worst, we will be happy to check the possibility of a complaint if you have paid for your flight tickets or package travel with a credit card from Raiffeisen CardService. Please first contact the airline or travel agency and the insolvency or liquidator and ask for a refund of the service not provided.

You can claim the damage incurred from Raiffeisen CardService, after rejection by the airline or travel agency and the insolvency or liquidator.

What to do?

In order to ensure a quick and orderly process, please send us the following documents:

  • Written request for a refund to the airline or travel agency or to the insolvency administrator or liquidator
  • official letter that the airline or travel agency is insolvent
  • Copy of the written refusal of a refund of the ticket cost
  • Copy of booking confirmation
  • Exact flight or travel dates
